The museum contains collections that display the older Danish life and manners and culture untill about 1950. At the museum, there is a collection of toys, old kitchen utensils, wash house items, furniture, samplers, textiles and old embroidery, school books, hymn books and bibles. Items of local history include quite a few documents from the old Voldum-Rud citizens/families (18th-19th century) and a collection of local pictures and descriptions from the district. Open all year by appointment + the first weekend in the months April to October. Furthermore, open every Wednesday all year from 13-17.
