Practical Information

Children and young people under 18 years of age have free access to state and state-subsidised museums in Denmark. Some of these museums also have free entrance for adults on certain days, including the following:

Tøjhusmuseet (The Royal Danish Arsenal Museum), Copenhagen (Wednesday)
Hunting and Forestry Museum, Hørsholm (Wednesday)
Post & Tele Museum, Copenhagen (every day)
Orlogsmuseet (The Royal Danish Naval Museum), Copenhagen (Wednesday)
Thorvaldsen Museum, Copenhagen (Wednesday)
Museum of Copenhagen, Copenhagen (Friday)
Design Museum of Denmark, Copenhagen, (Wednesday)
Danish Agricultural Museum, Gl Estrup Randers (Friday)

Note that special exhibitions may sometimes require an entrance fee.
