Get a taste of Denmark's national history at Restaurant Julian
The menu at the National Museum of Denmark's restaurant Julian is inspired by the exhibitions "Denmark's histories" and "Denmark's antiquity". The menuen changes every three months, but always consists of dishes that have been a part of Danish cooking through history - from ancient times to the farmer's kitchen and Danish dishes during the industrial revolution and World War I.
Free-range veggies from own farm
The dishes are often made from free-range vegetables from Restaurant Julian's own farm "Julian Gård" in Smidstrup. The soil is organic, which means the produce is 100% organic as well.
